This site will host a provably-optimal method of economic decision-making developed by Dr. Bernard Goldberg. The method is described in book form, and can also be used as a textbook, as it develops the concepts from first principles, and includes numerous worked examples and problem sets. Applications range from commercial to non-profit enterprises, as well as governmental organizations.
